Very happy with the friendly service from this store. Bought sashas blend for one of our aging dogs for joint improvement. They matched an online store cost that was less than their store cost. Plenty of parking close to the entrance, easy access into the store with trolleys or baskets on entry. Good rewards programme and dogs on lead are welcome.

Great place for guinea pig stuff. Their oaten hay is really fresh and sweet smelling. Good range of foods and toys. Definitely recommend it. Thay also have a good range of dog, cat, bird and fish supplies

We have just had our little rescue dog clipped at Petbarn in Haynes . What a fantastic young lady the groomer is . Knowing the issues we have with our little dog Rubble she was willing to try and groom him . He behaved great and so surprised us . As my husband said she was so good with him and talking with him . Highly recommend the lady groomer there .

The reason why I would highly recommend you, is your employee Nathan. I had a few questions in regards to the right kibbles for our dogs. Nathan was very knowledgeable, friendly and listened well. He showed me the different premium kibbles and gave me a run-down of the pros and cons. That was great customer service.

Petbarn and City Farmers are a rip off.Their are very expensive on fish price wise, low in quality and quantity.Just don't shop there.
