I took my elderly cat here last week. She was in a bad way and it was time to let her go. The vet was lovely and compassionate, she explained the euthanasia process so I wouldn't have any unpleasant surprises. I was allowed time in the office before and after the procedure to say goodbye. The nursing staff very kindly took her paw prints for me and wrapped her up so I could bring her home. While it wasn't an experience I wish to live through again anytime soon it was handled beautifully. Thank you.

The Veterinarian was very friendly, efficient and competent in attending to my dog. She treated my boy Kane like he were her own.

The way the staff are with the animals is amazing! Was the first time I had to take my new dog to the vet, so obviously very nervous (both of us!), but the staff there just drowned her in love, kisses and cuddles. When we returned 1.5 weeks later, they remembered us and my dogs name without even looking at the computer! Now that is customer service! Thank you ladies, great job! :D

After taking our dogs to this vet for over 10 years, very dissatisfied with attitude of vet staff.Years of misdiagnosed cancer which basically cost my dogs life.Always pushing for surgery then not providing good enough after care. Your are just a number and they want your money! Never listen to the owners and seek the best for pets best interest and quality of life.Pets file notes very questionable, you can see they only try to cover themselves and not document the Owners comments.Such a disappointment and will never return. Quality of care and communication 0.Too many staff coming and going just like a mass medical clinic and get passed around.Some nice staff but hopeless and no idea.Don’t take your pets here they just want your money.

All staff very thoughtful and kind when our 14y Spoodle became ill with kidney disease and we eventually stopped her suffering. Dr Ruth Lin explained and wrote it down for us too, so very kind and gave us plenty of time for our goodbyes. Thank you to all of them.

My dogs have been going here for years. Friendly and efficient service, great vets who are upfront, extremely understanding and caring. My dog is known by all the staff.

Vet was friendly and efficient, had a look with scope at my dog's ear canal and recommended microscopic examination of swab sample which was done on-site.  Prescribed medicated ear drops for 10 days to treat the bacterial infection. $200 all inclusive of 20 minute consult, ear drops and the onsite microscope test. Doggo looks happier (less ear flapping and pawing) so family is happy.
