Always excellent service here.I’ve been bringing my pets here for well over a decade and always satisfied with the level of care. I think the wellness plan is a brilliant idea and wish our new vet (out of town) had the same thing!We were on an extended visit to Perth and he needed a routine check for an ongoing issue and I felt very appreciative that they took the time to go through all of the notes from his other vet prior. Although I went for a refill of ongoing meds, I left after a proper medication review (which apparently needed updating!) and a much happier dog.I have spent the last year explaining to people our dogs limp is permanent because of his condition and that he’s okay (he’s on a lot of meds, including top notch pain meds) and it always made me sad.Well after a change to his medication regimen, his limp is hugely improved in mere hours. Which makes me feel bad as it’s obviously long overdue.I’m so grateful that the vet didn’t just give what I asked ‘more of his ongoing meds please’ and was thorough enough to look to improve. I could have cried seeing him spring around with the limp so improved.

Dr Christie and their practise manager Carrie are 2 of the most compassionate people I have met. I couldn't leave my previous review, it wouldn't be fair. They did all they could to help my beautiful Niv, but there was nothing that could be done to ever fully fix her issues. We go through tough things in life, and we want to find blame, I guess it's human nature, but these guys weren't to blame. Time was. There's no cure for time.Thankyou for your kindness and compassion through one of the hardest days of my life.

Highest recommendation for these vets, nurse’s and staff, always make you feel wanted and your pet cared for. Always smiling, willing to chat. A home away from home. Have been going to this vet clinic for well over 30 years. Having changed hands a few times they always manage to have the most caring people working there.

Fantastic both times, both in terrible circumstances, Vet West Bibra Lake were life savers for my boy Jaxx (literally). Thoroughly explained everything from procedures, to costs, their follow up phone calls, all done with empathy, patience and kindness. The staff are always pleasant and their care is beyond expectation.

The vet and vet nurses made me feel at ease and were very lovely and supportive to my hound.

Attended the practice on the 24/02/2022 and were very happy with our experience. Our 10 week old puppy was seen by Dr Anja and microchipped by the nursing staff. They were all very professional and caring. It is a wonderful family environment and the staff all make it an excellent experience for both the animals and the humans.

Vet West at Bibra Lake are just the best! Top level of care provided and lovely people. Dr Anja and Dr Kaitlyn are brilliant vets and have provided the highest level of care to my two dogs. I can not thank them and Vet West enough.

Dr Anya and Dr Kaitlyn are amazing. They genuinely care for your pets and take the time to listen and put your minds at ease. I 100% trust them with the care of our puppy. Would highly recommend them for any questions or concerns for your fur babies!

I have a little Maltese Shitzu who can get extremely anxious when she visits the vet but she loves coming to Bibra Lake and the staff are so caring and professional.
